Terms and Condition
Sample Shipment : For Evaluation of our Samples please make up the list of items that you are interested in from our Catalogue and send us the list. We charge 10% additional charge on the FOB-India value of the items for the for Sample Shipment. We will ship the Sample Shipment by TNT/FedEx or as adviced by you and the Freight Charges will be added to the cost of the Samples. Sample Shipment will be dispatched within 15 days after the receipt of the fund for the samples.

Main Order
Minimum Order : No Minimum Order. Order as musch as you need.
Delivery Period : We take 25-30 Business Days for orders upto US $15000. (Delivery period means the time from the confirmation of the order and upto putting the shipment on board the Ship or Flight at Calcutta) Rush Orders on request are accepted.
Payment Terms : We accept 45% Advance Payment with order and rest(55%) when we despatch the shipment and document by fax. We accept Payment by Wire Transfer.
We also accept 100 % Confirmed Irrevocable L/C at sight.
Volume Discount : For Order over FOB India Value over US $15000 Discount is 5%.
Shipping Methods : Shipment by Ocean Freight or Air Freight is arranged by us at our end and the freight charges are added to invoice which must be paid by the customer. All shipments are insured.
Packing : All items are packed in individual zip locked poly-packets. Customized packing with your logo etc is done for order over US$ 3000 (FOB-India Value) and for that You have charged.
